Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Bloom Algo subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and services will remain active until then.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure you cancel before your renewal date.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused days in the current subscription period after cancellation.
Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Partially used or unused subscription periods
  • Strategy underperformance or market-related outcomes
  • Failure to integrate broker accounts due to third-party limitations

In case of payment errors (such as duplicate charges), contact us with transaction details.

Free Trial Period

If a free trial is offered:

  • No payment or card details are required to activate it.
  • If you decide not to continue after the trial, no action is needed -you won’t be billed.
Payment Errors or Failures

If you experience any billing errors or duplicate transactions, please email us at care@bloomalgo.com with your payment receipt or transaction ID. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Service Modifications

Bloom Algo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including subscription tiers. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
